Our Senior Professionals:	Our professionals have extensive experience in insurance investment banking and we focus on the entire life cycle of a transaction, from origination to execution. We have experience in public and private fairness opinions, going private transactions, special committee and regulatory assignments, buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions advisory, defense advisory and valuations. Since the circumstances of each transaction are unique and dynamic, we offer a customized approach to each assignment. Jay Poorman Managing Director	Jay Poorman Managing Director Jay has more than fifteen years of insurance investment banking experience focused on providing mergers and acquisitions and capital raising services to insurance and insurance services companies. Jay was a Managing Director for Cochran Caronia Waller immediately prior to joining StoneRidge Advisors as a Partner. Jay was also previously a Vice President in Salomon Smith Barney's Insurance Investment Banking group. Jay received his Bachelor of Business Administration with honors from the University of Michigan. Tegen Managing Director Doug has over twenty years of investment banking experience focused primarily on mergers and acquisitions for the insurance industry and served as Managing Director in the Insurance Mergers and Acquisitions Groups at both Lehman Brothers and Salomon Smith Barney. Immediately prior to founding StoneRidge Advisors in 2006, Doug had opened the New York City office for a regional, insurance investment banking firm. Doug obtained his B.A., magna cum laude, from Middlebury College and earned a M.S. (Management) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Rocky Golem Managing Director	Rocky Golem, CFA Managing Director Rocky has thirteen years of investment banking and private equity experience, focused primarily on the insurance industry. Prior to joining StoneRidge, Rocky was a Vice President with Glencoe Capital, LLC, where he focused on identifying and evaluating investment opportunities in the business and media services and financial services industries. Rocky began his career at Cochran, Caronia & Co., an investment banking boutique serving the insurance industry. Rocky received his Bachelor of Business Administration with high honors in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business with concentrations in Accounting, Entrepreneurship and Finance.
